Yearly Dryer and Vent Maintenance

Dryer Fire Prevention

Dryer: disassemble the unit for access of interior components to eliminate lint build-up and fire hazards, clean and lubricate rollers. Inspect connections and operations, diagnosing any minor issues while ensuring your dryer is operating efficiently and correctly.
Wall Vent: remove lint with brushes from the interior of the house to the end cap. Clean or replace transition hose at no extra charge.

Kitchen Maintenance + Washer

Refrigerator: vacuum and clean behind and underneath appliance, thoroughly clean condenser coils, inspect connections, motor, fan, water lines, check for drain plugs and more.
Washer: inspect for leaks, clean out accessible drain pump filters, pull and clean dispenser and housing. On top-load machines, clean agitator and tub ring.
Dishwasher: clean out the food catch, sump area, sprayer arms and drain line, pull toe plate and check for leaks and damaged wiring underneath.
Garbage Disposal: check motor and grinder operation, clean interior of garbage disposal with ice, check disposal hose for signs of blockage.
Oven: Test at 350 degrees and calibrate (if applicable).
Cooktop(if applicable): Inspect burners for proper operation and clean gas burners.

Bi-Annual Ice Machine Maintenance

Ice Machine: Pull parts and manually clean out as necessary, run approved Ice Machine cleaner through the system and test for proper operation afterward, clean condenser coils and check for leaks. This whole process takes approximatelly 1 hour. If you bundle this with any other service it will be $150 and is only applicable to the ice machine. Please call the office for bundle pricing.
